1) Kayaking
We work with kids of all ages and have everything you need to make kayaking a fun and easy experience for your child.
Kayaking is in the top five due to its perfect balance between health benefits and unlimited fun. Kayaking is deemed an excellent form of aerobic exercise because of the energy required to paddle.
We teach kids about paddling and kayaking basics. Moreover, we teach kids the importance of the marine ecology of Florida. Campers also learn the importance of nutrition and hydration for performing at their best during every session.
Kids love to pick a route and work as a team with other kids. A perfect exercise that also fosters socialization and friendship.
2) Snorkeling
Snorkeling is an excellent way for kids of all ages to see underwater life first-hand.
It’s also an excellent low-impact exercise to help them build strength in their upper body and core muscles.
Snorkeling is also a great way to get your kids interested in everything under the surface of our oceans and lakes.
Our special snorkeling equipment includes:
o A snorkel (a tube with two pieces that let you breathe while submerged)
o A life vest or floaty belt.
3) Canoe
Whether you’re a nature lover or just looking for a way to relax, canoeing is the perfect summer activity.
Canoeing is a low-impact activity, so it’s great for kids learning how to move around and exert themselves. When you’re in a canoe, your body weight is spread evenly over the entire boat, which makes it a very stable shaft to enjoy our lake.
4) Paddleboarding
Children will learn that they can learn new skills, while teens will gain an understanding of teamwork and goal-setting. As they progress, they’ll also find the sport extremely rewarding.
Paddleboarding has so many benefits that it’s no wonder this activity has grown in popularity over the years. Whether you go out alone or with friends, paddleboarding is an excellent way to exercise while enjoying nature at its finest!
Paddleboarding is an active sport that will help keep your child fit. It’s a great way to encourage them to grow and develop as they use their body, become physically fit, and spend time with family and friends.
5) Kneeboarding
Kneeboarding is a great way to get kids active and having fun.
It is similar to surfing but on an easy version since you will stand on your knees on a floatable board.
This sport is an excellent way for kids to have fun and get active. It is also a perfect way for them to practice balance and coordination, which will help them become better at other sports.
