With a degree in Recreation and Sport Management from FIU. He was born into the world of camps where he was a camper from an early age and, at the age of 15, began to serve as a counselor of Camp Guaikinima.
He rose to the position of Coordinator, until he became Program Director, in charge of the recruitment, selection and training of the Guaikinima Staff and, at the same time, of the design and execution of the programs for the seasons.
Rodrigo is certified as a Lifeguard by the American Red Cross, as a Level P3 Paragliding Pilot by the USHPA (US Hangliding and Paragliding Association) and in International Canyoning.
He has additional experience outside the field of recreation in Photography, Telecommunications, Web Programming and Audiovisual Production. He is currently a Seasonal Advisor contributing his knowledge in the design of the programming and management of the counselor team.
